Condominium Association Responsibilities

Condominium associations are required by state law to act in the best interests of the unit owners as a whole, not as individuals, in property-related matters. They are not permitted to show favoritism or act out of prejudice. Negotiations with vendors must be done on behalf of the titleholders and not for personal gain.
