We have added a new theme you can use for your condominium or home owners associations (HOA) website. The theme is called Opportunity and was provided by OS Templates. In order to change the look of your website and select this theme, you can simply do so under the administrative section of your GeniePad account. As a reminder, only board members, administrators, and property managers are able to make this happen.
Overview
This theme comes with a default image as you see on the screenshot below. If you would like to upload a photo of your building, or an image of your choosing, you can do so after you select your condominium website theme.
There are four easily accessible buttons to the most used features within GeniePad to the right of the image. These links are only accessible after a secured login by a registered resident of your building
The home page consists of recent public news announcements, as well as a space for additional content. To add another page or change the content, simply log into GeniePad and view the website maintenance page in the administrative section. The side bar consists of links to your latest public news announcements as well as classifieds.
