How many users can access our account?

Every account comes with unlimited users. We believe that everyone living in your community should have access to information and be aware of what is happening. The more informed and happier owners and residents the less work for the Board and Manager.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your account at any time. If you cancel, you will be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again after that.

When will I be billed?

Your billing cycle begins on the day after your trial expires. Before your trial expires, we will e-mail you instructions on how to set up payments.

How can I make a payment?

We accept all major credit cards, accept payments by check, as well as Pre Authorized Debit Payments for Canadian clients. Please contact us directly at 1-800-274-9704 if you need to use a different method of payment.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. GeniePad is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no term contracts or commitments on your part.

How secure is my data and information?

We take security of your data and information very seriously. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Encryption comes as a standard with all our plans. This is the encryption that banks use.

Which plan is right for me?

If you would like to inform your residents only than the Inform plan works great. If you would like to allow your residents to communicate with the board or council, and with other residents than the Communication plan is for you. With the Collaborate plan you will benefit from all the features and functionality. You can change your plans at any time to suit your needs.

Can I change the plan later on?

Yes. You can select a plan that is right for you at any time. 

Do you offer volume discounts or special pricing?

We do offer bundled packages to Property Management Companies. Check with your property manager if they have a special GeniePad price for you. If not, ask them to contact us at 1-800-274-9704. We can also contact your property manager for you. Just e-mail us all the details to sales@geniepad.com
