Yes. You can cancel your account at any time. If you cancel, you will be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again after that.
Your billing cycle begins on the day after your trial expires. Before your trial expires, we will e-mail you instructions on how to set up payments.
We accept all major credit cards, accept payments by check, as well as Pre Authorized Debit Payments for Canadian clients. Please contact us directly at 1-800-274-9704 if you need to use a different method of payment.
No. GeniePad is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no term contracts or commitments on your part.
We take security of your data and information very seriously. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Encryption comes as a standard with all our plans. This is the encryption that banks use.
If you would like to inform your residents only than the Inform plan works great. If you would like to allow your residents to communicate with the board or council, and with other residents than the Communication plan is for you. With the Collaborate plan you will benefit from all the features and functionality. You can change your plans at any time to suit your needs.

We do offer bundled packages to Property Management Companies. Check with your property manager if they have a special GeniePad price for you. If not, ask them to contact us at 1-800-274-9704. We can also contact your property manager for you. Just e-mail us all the details to email@example.com
